Cancellation Policy

To cancel any party booking, you must give Make That and Party at least 14 days notice before your party start time. You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit within this notice period. No refund will be given for any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice and your deposit amount will be retained. If Make That and Party need to cancel your booking at any time, we will let you know at soon as possible. You will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit but no other compensation will be payable.
